Dr. Richard Kellogg

Dr Richard Kellogg was born and raised in southeastern Washington state. He attended Eastern Washington University and received his Bachelor of Science and Doctorate degrees from the Southern California College of Optometry.

Dr. Kellogg has practiced general Optometry in Spokane since 1978. In addition to general eye health care, Dr. Kellogg has special training and interest in contact lens fitting, sports vision and childrens eyecare. Dr. Kellogg provides eyecare for infants to adults and strives to prevent and treat visual and eye health conditions with the latest treatment options and technology available.
